  • What amount does the delivery cost?
    Delivery cost depends on product quantity, dimensions and weight.
  • Will the product color be actually equivalent to the ones shown on the website?
    While we do a Quality Check at our end for color coordination, there might still be a window of variation depending upon the wood and finishing chosen by you. As an industry-standard, this variation is generally not exceeding a maximum of 10%. Inspite of all this, we make a sincere effort to ensure that the color matches the one chosen by you.
  • Do you have a showroom?
    No. We are a Trade only company and hence do not retail our products.
  • I am prepared to make a purchase,  how can I submit my request?"
    Once you have decided your items and quantities, you can raise a Purchase Order directly in the name of Hardwood Street (Dynamique Horizons LLP)
  • How can I check stock availability?
    You can contact us with your specific requirements through any of the mentioned contact methods and we will update you on the availability.
  • I've put in an online enquiry, what happens now?"
    We will revert to you on your query within 24 hours maximum depending upon your respective time zone.
  • What does "Delivery" incorporate?"
    All standard delivery means FOB India(Mundra Port, Gujarat).
  • An item I require is out of stock, what can I do to confirm availability?"
    Out of Stock items can be made available on request subject to the availability of raw materials.
  • How can I get a price quote?
    You need to fill in the Contact Us form with the Item name. Based upon your enquiry, quotes for items can be shared on your email.
  • Do your products require assembly, or are they completely assembled?"
    Since our products are made from solid wood, most of these are completely built except for a few large items like the Dining tables, coffee tables etc.
